You will receive your intake client form via email when confirming your order. Please fill out and bring with you or email a copy to relax@dbdhair.com.au
We will call or email to arrange a suitable date and time that works for you. Let us know if you would like a one hour or one and half hour booking.

Note: In salon we are unable to treat contagious skin conditions due pubic health act ( 2003).
People head spa treatments are not suitable for : Pregnant or breast feeding, undergoing cancer treatments ( chemotherapy or radiation) have braids or hair extensions, have head, neck, or spinal injuries, or undergone recent plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures (e.g., Botox within the last 4 weeks).
Cancellation or reappointment of your booking. We will confirm your booking the day before your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your booking on confirmation then this would be the time to cancel or move the date and time of your booking. if you confirm and become unwell please let us know as we will hold the deposit for your next appointment. if you cancel 24 hours before and do not wish to rebook we will happily refund your deposit.
